Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer at our Jaipur office. The Performance Marketer will manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, optimize strategies for driving growth, and ensure ROI on marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include paid ad management, identifying market trends, creating data-driven insights, and implementing innovative marketing strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is an integral part of this role to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including Google Ads, paid social media campaigns, and SEO optimization
• Experience in analyzing data, performance tracking, and creating actionable insights
• Strategic thinking skills with expertise in campaign planning, audience targeting, and conversion optimization
• Knowledge in Content Marketing and Social Media Marketing to drive audience engagement
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with web analytics tools and CRM platforms
• Relevant experience in performance marketing or similar roles is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related discipline
