Performance Marketer

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth‑focused Performance Marketer who can take ownership of paid acquisition, build high‑converting funnels, and drive measurable business growth.

You will be responsible for scaling campaigns across channels, analysing data, and executing experiments that improve CAC, ROAS, and revenue.

Responsibilities

🔹 Plan, launch & optimise campaigns across Meta + Google Ads

🔹 Build performance funnels for lead/website conversions & sales

🔹 Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences & landing pages

🔹 Track performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, LTV etc.) and drive improvements

🔹 Create data‑driven growth strategies & execute experiments

🔹 Work with content, design & product teams to align growth goals

🔹 Identify new channels, audience opportunities & scaling paths

🔹 Prepare weekly performance and strategy reports

Preferred Skills

✔ Experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads (Search/Display/Video)

✔ Knowledge of conversion optimizations, retargeting & funnel flows

✔ Strong analytical mindset, ability to read data & derive insights

✔ Hands‑on experience with A/B testing and audience segmentation

✔ Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Looker, CRM etc.

✔ Creativity in ad copy, audience hooks & campaign angles
