Performance Marketer

D2C marketing, Shopify growth, and Meta ads

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute

   performance marketing strategies

   across digital channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) for D2C and e-commerce brands.
2. Manage and optimize campaigns with focus on

   ROAS, CPA, CPL, and overall conversions

   .
3. Conduct deep

   performance analysis

   , spotting trends, insights, and opportunities for scaling.
4. Run

   A/B tests and experiments

   on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
5. Collaborate with

   design and content teams

   to build high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
6. Stay updated with

   latest platform changes, tools, and ad policies

   (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
7. Monitor

   competition and industry benchmarks

   to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
8. Provide

   clear reporting and insights

   to the leadership team on KPIs and campaign health.
9. Work closely with analytics to

   track the real impact on sales, revenue, and profits

   .
10. Experiment with

    new marketing channels

    (TikTok, Influencers, Affiliates, Snapchat, etc.) to expand reach.
11. Drive campaigns with a

    startup mindset

    – move fast, test fast, and optimize smart.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  for

  D2C / Shopify brands

  (mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills with a

  track record of scaling stores profitably

  .
• Ability to balance

  creativity and numbers

  – you love both storytelling and data.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and willing to

  work in a startup environment

  .
• Fluent in English and comfortable communicating campaign insights.

Salary & Benefits:

₹12,000 – ₹25,000/month
