Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of end-to-end digital marketing campaigns. The role requires developing strategies for PPC and Social Media, managing client communications, and ensuring seamless project execution to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate is results-driven, strategic, and adept at handling multiple projects while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Design and implement data-driven strategies for PPC campaigns and social media to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Develop creative and result-oriented approaches to target audience engagement and lead generation.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform strategy.
  • Align campaign strategies with client goals and business objectives.

Performance Marketing (PPC)

  • Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement competitive bidding strategies.
  • Develop and test compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to improve conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to maximize ROI.
  • Regularly track and analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Generate detailed performance reports to share with clients and internal stakeholders.


Social Media Optimization (SMO)

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and follower growth.
  • Plan and schedule creative content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality visuals and videos for social media campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and metrics to optimize campaigns.


Customer Handling and Project Execution

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and addressing queries promptly.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and requirements.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Communicate progress and results to clients through regular updates and detailed reports.
  • Address client feedback and incorporate suggestions to enhance satisfaction.


Collaboration and Optimization

  • Collaborate with SEO, content, graphics and development teams to create cohesive and impactful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide input on landing pages, website optimization, and sales funnels to improve conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new tools to ensure campaigns remain innovative and competitive.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, including PPC and Social Media, with a focus on strategy creation and execution.
  • Expertise in advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and SEMrush.
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • [Optional]: Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar is an advantage.
