Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Kozhikode. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign performance, managing paid advertising channels, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with the team to create compelling marketing content. we are looking to hire a performance marketer for Nura. The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience and hands-on expertise in running ads across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta. 

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing, including PPC, SEO, and Social Media Marketing
• Experience in running ads across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta. 
• Proficient in setting up and managing tracking systems for online campaigns
• Knowledge of A/B Testing and conversion rate optimization strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
