Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement surveys, including communication strategies, results dissemination, and follow-up action plans.
Provide strategic advisory and hands-on support to managers and leaders to enhance team effectiveness and business outcomes.
Drive career pathing initiatives and clearly communicate growth and development opportunities across functions.
Oversee and promote the use of feedback and recognition platforms to boost employee morale and engagement.
Coach and support performance management processes, including rating calibration and top talent focus.
Ensure total rewards programs are applied equitably and consistently to support retention and motivation.
Support organizational design efforts such as succession planning, team restructuring, and workforce optimization.
Deliver quarterly executive summaries for each business unit with insights and actionable HR plans.
Analyze workforce data to identify issues and design targeted HR interventions.
Ensure consistent and effective communication of HR programs and initiatives, aligned with global standards.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partnering role, preferably in a fast-paced or SaaS environment.
Proven experience in stakeholder management with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse organizational setup.
Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
Experience in handling complex employee relations (ER) issues is desirable.
