Job Description

 The opportunity: 
  • EYs Managed Services offers organizations a new way of operating by taking on the operation of non-core but critical functions, including HR, finance, tax, risk, and compliance. This approach enables organizations to navigate complex conditions and build a platform for long-term value creation.
  • As part of the HR Managed Services team within GDS, we are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Employee Lifecycle Manager to support build of integrations and develop reports in Workday as well as support payroll administration. This role will ensure seamless execution of all lifecycle processes, uphold policy compliance, and maintain high service quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong people management skills, HRMS expertise, and a deep understanding of the payroll administration, international tax within a complex and fast-paced organization.
  •  Key Responsibilities:
  • Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Support build of integrations and core connections in Workday
  • Develop interfaces and reports
  • Trouble shooting within Workday
  •  Payroll:
  • Support of International Payroll Administration in TMF
  • Support International Tax
  • Address Payroll Enquiries from employees
  •  Skills and Attributes for Success:
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and employee lifecycle frameworks.
  • Expertise in HRMS platforms such as Workday.
  • Experience in process improvement, workflow automation, and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, service orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of employment contracts, statutory requirements, and HR policy governance.
  •  To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 47 years of experience in HR operations, shared services and Workday administration/support.
  •  Preferred Certifications:
  • Certifications or experience with at least with at least one HR technology platform such as Workday.
