People Analytics Project Management & Data Analytics Lead

As an experienced candidate for the position, your main role will involve leadership and strategy, project and program management, analytics oversight, and stakeholder management. Your responsibilities will include: - Having 10+ years of experience in project/program management, with 5+ years specifically in data/analytics or digital transformation. - Demonstrating data analytics and project management expertise related to people analytics and human resource management. - Working on building dashboards to drive talent and Learning and Development strategy. - Using Human Resources Management tools such as Workday. - Showing proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. - Having a deep understanding of the data lifecycle, BI, and analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, Snowflake, etc. - Applying strong business acumen to connect data initiatives to operational and financial outcomes. - Possessing expertise in PM methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Lean, or PMI standards. - Demonstrating exceptional communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder influencing skills. Qualifications required for this role include: - Holding a Masters degree in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (an MBA is a plus). - Having experience in enterprise data platform rollouts, AI/ML adoption, or analytics center of excellence (CoE) models. - Possessing industry knowledge in FMCG/Healthcare.,
