Role : Automotive Lubricants & Powertrain Testing – R&D Senior Manager Location : Navi Mumbai, India (Full-Time) Experience: 10 years JOB DIMENSIONS 1. Responsible for lubricant development for automotive applications including formulation development, testing and monitoring. 2. Mandatory experience in full lubricant development cycle (mainly on road application : motorcycle and passenger car oils), and engine testings (mainly conventional) 3. Experience working on lubricant development projects with OEMs. 4. Possess expertise in engine testing, additive evaluation and powertrain testing. 5. Experience managing a team of 2 to 3 members (technicians and engineers) to conduct assigned work requests and research study. 6. Open to working from the office at least three days a week. ACCOUNTABILITIES • Responsible for the quality of the R&D work. • Timely completion of R&D study assigned. • Follows the technological evolution of techniques, equipments, raw materials and competitors products to keep abreast of latest developments in domains in charge. • Responsible for the correct implementation and maintenance of TCAP management systems. REQUIRED PROFILE • Chemical or Mechanical engineer of high scientific level. With 10 years of experience (from additives suppliers, lubricant industries mainly). PhD would be a plus. • Good communication skills. • Good interpersonal skills. • Open minded and very creative, with high scientific rigor. • Team player. Show more Show less
