Key Responsibilities

Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources such as SharePoint, reporting portals, and other WFM tools.
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards.
Analyze historical data to predict future workload and staffing requirements.
Design and manage schedules to ensure proper coverage and adherence to service level targets.
Coordinate shift changes, time-off requests, and training schedules.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, shifts, and time-off.
Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other teams to align staffing levels with business needs.
Ensure workforce management activities, data management, and reporting processes comply with company policies and labor regulations while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in MIS/WFM.
Expertise in data management, MIS reporting, forecasting, scheduling, and data analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.), MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and other Microsoft tools.
Familiarity with WFM key metrics such as Attrition Rate, Shrinkage, Occupancy, Utilization, and others.
Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or similar and database tools like MS Access (added advantage).
Payroll experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
