Hiring for an experienced Payroll & Compliance Administrator to support our client's APAC Center of Excellence. This role ensures accurate, timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, and effective administration of employee benefits.

Location- Hyderabad

Mode of Work - Work from Office

Experience- Minimum 7-9 years of payroll & compliance experience

Contractual Opportunity

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll, including PF/ESIC/PT and statutory compliance
Maintain payroll accuracy, process updates for hires/exits/changes, and resolve discrepancies
Integrate and validate timekeeping data with payroll systems
Lead benefits administration, enrollment, communication, and vendor management
Recommend and implement perks to boost engagement and retention
Oversee monthly insurance/vendor billing and audits
Collaborate with HR and Finance; prepare payroll reports and dashboards
Address employee payroll queries promptly

🔹 Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxation, and multi-location payroll
Experience with HRIS/payroll software and advanced Excel
Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and proactive
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
