• Use approved hours to apply the right pay type (regular, overtime, allowances)
• Check that each person and project is listed correctly
• Prepare clear payroll summaries for each pay period
• Work with internal teams to get any missing information (without editing hours)
• Keep files organized and easy to find; follow our naming and folder rules
• Share short status updates so everyone knows what's done and what's pending
• Keep all payroll information confidential
  

• Very fluent English (spoken & written) for calls and email with US stakeholders and drivers
• 3-6+ years of payroll or timekeeping experience for US or global clients (logistics/trucking/construction/BPO preferred)
• MBA (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred) OR relevant diploma with strong operational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; comfortable with data entry and reporting.
• A team player with a process-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.

• Collaborate daily with Dispatch, Compliance, Billing, and US leadership—direct impact, visible results
• Growth path to Senior Payroll Coordinator / Payroll Lead (mentor juniors, own multi-project workloads)
