Payroll Analyst

Position Summary

We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll data analysis and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. You will play a key role in optimizing payroll processes and assisting with reporting and audits.

What You Will Do

Analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Identify discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
Support payroll audits and prepare necessary documentation.
Collaborate with HR and finance for process improvements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices.

To Be Successful You Will Have

3-5 years of experience in payroll analysis or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll laws and regulations.
Experience with payroll systems and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools (preferred).
