As a Statutory Compliance & Reporting Specialist at Zendesk, your role is crucial in ensuring compliance with tax, social security, and labor laws across all supported countries. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring compliance with tax, social security, and labor laws in all supported countries. - Preparing and submitting statutory filings, such as income tax returns, social insurance contributions, and annual reports, in partnership with local providers. In addition, as part of Process Improvement & Stakeholder Support, you will be expected to: - Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and efficiency. - Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure aligned processes and policy compliance. To excel in this role, you should possess the following key qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
