Job Description

We are looking for skilled Pastry & Bakery Chefs to join our team at OLIVE BAR AND KITCHEN PVT. LTD, with 2-5 years of experience in the culinary industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Prepare high-quality pastries, bread, and desserts for various events and functions.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to keep up with current trends and customer preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to create a cohesive and efficient kitchen workflow.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Ensure all food products meet quality standards before service.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Pastry & Bakery Chef in a professional kitchen setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry dough preparation, baking techniques, and decorating methods.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and refrigerators.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and adhere to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Adaptability to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
