ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are excited to invite enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our Global Immigration team. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fundamentals of global mobility operations, immigration compliance, and cross-border workforce management. Under the mentorship of seasoned professionals, you will play a vital role in supporting visa processing and compliance initiatives, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external immigration partners.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Immigration Documentation Support: Assist in the preparation and review of immigration documentation using artificial intelligence and other tools for various countries, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, and other work permits. Ensure that all documentation meets legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordination of Document Collection: Help coordinate the collection and submission of necessary documents from employees and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate processing of immigration applications.
• Audits and Compliance Checks: Support clients with audit and compliance checks related to immigration records. Assist in maintaining and updating immigration trackers and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Communication: Help draft and update communication templates and frequently asked questions (FAQs) for clients, ensuring clear and concise information is available regarding immigration processes.
• Research on Immigration Policies: Conduct thorough research on country-specific immigration policies and summarize findings to provide insights to clients for them to make informed decision and review compliance strategies.
• Process Improvement Initiatives: Participate in process improvement initiatives, automation efforts and knowledge management efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Global Immigration team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Educational Background: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to conv
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with immigration tracking software is a plus.

DURING THE INTERNSHIP:

• We believe in an apprenticeship model where an experienced professional will be there to help you in person. To facilitate this, you can work from the office three days in a week.
• To allow flexibility for you to study and work, we will structure your internship for 4 to 6 hours between 9.30 am to 6 pm. More details will follow after you join the internship program.
