About the Role


Partnerships & Sales Support Executive


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and respond to incoming client and prospect inquiries within defined turnaround times (TAT).
  • Maintain and update the Sales Inquiry Tracker daily, ensuring accurate follow-ups and reporting.
  • Support the preparation and updating of monthly partner invoices in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Research, identify, and evaluate potential EOR and Payroll providers globally to meet client requirements.
  • Source and vet vendors internationally, including:
  • Entity incorporation partners
  • Immigration and legal service providers
  • Asset procurement vendors
  • Background verification (BGV) vendors
  • Generate and qualify leads (cold and warm), and collaborate with the Sales Team to drive deal closures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Partner Management) to ensure efficient handling of contracts, invoicing, and compliance tasks.
  • Lead new projects from inception—drafting workflows, vendor lists, templates, and scalable processes.
  • Contribute to the development of sales enablement tools such as proposals, email templates, discovery scripts, and knowledge bases.


Skills & Qualifications


  • Experience:

    3–5 years in sales support, partnerships, vendor management, or within the EOR / Payroll / HR services industry.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Understanding of global employment, payroll, and compliance frameworks.
  • Communication:

    Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to engage professionally with global clients and vendors.
  • Sales Mindset:

    Target-driven, commercially focused, and skilled at building and managing sales pipelines.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems; analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Flexibility:

    Comfortable working across global time zones to support international operations.
  • Ownership:

    Capable of independently leading projects and driving initiatives from concept to delivery.
