Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

•  Identify and connect with senior leadership (MDs/Decision-makers) in banks to explore strategic tie-ups.

Group Preventive Care (GPC)

•  Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the BFSI sector.

• Negotiate partnership agreements and close deals.

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and wellness program managers) to ensure smooth execution of signed partnerships.

• Track progress, report partnership performance, and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

•  Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage at CXO/MD level.

•  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Confident, professional, and well-presented personality (female candidates for this client-facing role).

• Ability to work independently and deliver on revenue/partnership targets.
