About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Sales Manager to lead our partnership acquisition and expansion efforts. This role involves managing a sales team, building scalable partner acquisition strategies, and onboarding high-value enterprise partners across regions. You will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic alliances, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring smooth partner onboarding and engagement. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Partnership Sales Executives to achieve collective and individual targets. Set performance goals, track KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews. Strategic Planning & Execution Design and implement scalable partner acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives. Identify, evaluate, and close partnership opportunities with enterprise partners, ISVs, resellers, and affiliates. Enterprise Partner Onboarding Own the end-to-end onboarding journey of high-value enterprise partners, ensuring a smooth transition into the AiSensy ecosystem. Collaborate with onboarding, customer success, and tech teams for seamless implementation. Pipeline & Deal Management Oversee pipeline development and deal progress for both personal and team quotas. Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM updates. Sales Enablement & Presentations Support the team with sales strategies, deck preparation, and product demonstrations. Represent AiSensy in high-stakes negotiations and strategic discussions with C-level stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to drive co-branded initiatives, campaigns, and go-to-market plans with partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or partnership development, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role. Proven track record of onboarding and managing enterprise clients or strategic partnerships. Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes, CRM systems, and partnership ecosystems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Ability to handle high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
