About the Role

At Fship, we are building one of India’s fastest-growing shipping platforms for D2C brands. We’re looking for someone who has a strong eye for partnerships, loves experimenting with new growth channels, and thinks in terms of value creation — not just transactions.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with ecosystem players, identifying win–win opportunities, and unlocking business impact through strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Own Fship’s alliances and partnership function- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners across the eCommerce ecosystem. Build partnerships that drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and product adoption.

 

2.Build relationships with senior ecosystem stakeholders

·      Payment gateways

·      Marketplace integrators

·      ERP, WMS, and OMS platforms

·      B2B marketplaces

·      SaaS enablers

·      Influencers & D2C communities

·      Government / MSME bodies

 

3.      Drive revenue through partnerships

·      Create structured partnerships that contribute directly to user acquisition.

·      Co-create GTM plans, campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives with partners.

 

4.      Work closely with Product & Tech

·      Support integration partners (Shopify apps, ERP connectors, automation tools, etc.).

·      Coordinate product requirements, API collaborations, and feature enablement.

 

5.      Improve processes & partner experience

·      Build frameworks to scale partnerships smoothly.

·      Track success metrics and optimize partner performance.

 

6.      Represent Fship across the ecosystem

·      Build strong, long-term relationships with key players in the D2C and SaaS world.

·      Ensure brand visibility across events, communities, and alliances.

 

 

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B partnerships, SaaS alliances, or ecosystem development.
  • Strong relationship building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the eCommerce, logistics, and SaaS ecosystem.
  • Highly data-driven — comfortable with Excel.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to talk to founders, product leaders, and CXOs.
  • High ownership, self-driven attitude, and the ability to execute fast.
  • Passionate about building partnerships that create real business impact.
