Role Overview:

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our vendor relationships, from strategic sourcing and negotiation to performance management and quality assurance. This role is pivotal in scaling our OPD network, ensuring we have the right mix of clinics, diagnostic labs, telehealth providers, and specialized health partners to meet the diverse needs of our corporate clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential new healthcare providers (polyclinics, specialized practitioners, diagnostic centers, etc)
  • Conduct Due Diligence on potential vendors to assess quality of care, pricing structure, technological capabilities, and regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiate Partnership Agreements, contracts, and pricing structures (fee schedules) to ensure cost-effectiveness and favorable terms for the company.
  • Relationship Management & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, fostering strong, collaborative, and long-term relationships
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key performance indicators for vendor service delivery, including wait times, patient satisfaction scores
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to align the vendor network with client needs and utilization trends.
  • Partner with the Product team to leverage vendor capabilities for new OPD product features and service offerings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Partner Management, Network Operations, or Strategic Sourcing, preferably within Healthcare and Insurance
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and fee-for-service agreements
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
