The Role: Nurturing the Gutsy Wellness Alliance

Gutsy Wellness Alliance (GWA)

We are looking for a highly driven, personable individual with strong business acumen and a genuine passion for health and wellness to join us immediately in our Gurgaon office.


Key Responsibilities

1. Alliance Strategy and Growth:

  • Channel Strategy:

    Develop and execute the end-to-end strategy for the Gutsy Wellness Alliance to maximize its impact on awareness, advocacy, and product sales.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

    Identify, vet, and onboard key professionals (Nutritionists, Dietitians, Clinicians) to the GWA, clearly articulating the mutual value proposition.
  • GWA Nurturing:

    Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with all Alliance members, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring high engagement.
  • Sales Channel Development:

    Transform the GWA into a reliable and high-performing sales referral channel, setting clear goals for partnership-driven revenue.

2. Engagement and Content Development:

  • Exclusive Resources:

    Conceptualize and deliver exclusive educational content, webinars, and resources for GWA members to keep them informed on Gutsy products and the latest science in gut health.
  • Training & Education:

    Lead training sessions for GWA members, ensuring they deeply understand Gutsy's scientific formulation and are confident in recommending the products to their clients.
  • Advocacy Programs:

    Design incentive and recognition programs to reward top-performing and most engaged GWA members, fostering strong brand loyalty.

3. Performance and Operations:

  • Tracking & Analysis:

    Implement systems to track GWA metrics, including membership growth, engagement rates, content consumption, and conversion/sales performance.
  • Feedback Loop:

    Act as the voice of the GWA internally, relaying professional insights and feedback to the Founder and the Product/Nutrition teams to inform future development.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure all partnership activities and communications align with internal standards and health compliance regulations.


Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Partnerships, Channel Management, Business Development, or professional Community Management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects and a growing roster of partners concurrently.
  • Proven self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • A genuine interest in health, wellness, nutrition, or the consumer goods industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM/Analytics tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
