Chief of Staff - Junior Resource The Role We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful junior-level Chief of Staff to join our passionate team in our TWC India Office. In this fast-paced role, you will provide critical support to the Founder, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and advancing strategic initiatives. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, wearing many hats and tackling a variety of tasks with a positive and proactive attitude. Responsibilities: Research & Analysis: Conduct primary research on various topics related to well-being as assigned by the Founder. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Founder. Logistics & Management: Manage travel logistics and expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies. Meeting Management: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and distribute follow-up action items. Project Support: Assist with project management tasks, including data collection, information dissemination, and follow-up communication. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company information and Founder activities. Personal Support: Manage and complete a variety of administrative and personal tasks as required by the Founder. Collaboration: Work closely with the Founder and other team members to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Strong research and analytical abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Highly motivated, with a positive and proactive attitude Discreet and trustworthy Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Benefits: Full time monthly compensation of up to INR 30,000, with an annual performance bonus of up to INR 1,20,000 calculated based on performance review and paid upon completion of a 12 month period. In the event that the candidate has to move to part time due to personal reasons, the compensation and bonus may be reduced.
