Role Summary

As the Social Media Executive, you will be the driving force behind our social media presence. You will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and fostering a strong online community. This is a hands-on role for a creative and data-driven individual with 1-3 years of experience in social media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Management:

1. Manage and execute the social media calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely posting schedule across all platforms.
2. Work with internal resources to develop an internal content calendar and manage the creator pipeline.
3. Continuously come up with fresh content ideas and execute raw content with minimum support, making it ready for the video editing team.

• Partnerships & Collaborations:

1. Coordinate with external agencies to ensure content production aligns with the overall social media strategy.
2. Identify and reach out to at least 20 barter collaborations and 5 paid collaborations per month, based on our target audience and business strategy.
3. Grow and manage the creator and influencer network as per business requirements.

• Community Engagement & Growth:

1. Drive positive engagement and foster a strong, interactive community.
2. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

• Analytics & Reporting:

1. Generate weekly and monthly reports on key social media statistics, including reach, engagement, and follower growth.
2. Analyze data to identify trends, optimize content, and inform future strategies.

• Administrative & Financial:

1. Manage and track all expenses related to marketing and creator collaborations.
2. Process expense reimbursements for all creators and agencies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven work experience (1-3 years) as a Social Media Executive or a similar role.
• Proficiency with all major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and a deep understanding of their algorithms and best practices.
• Experience with social media scheduling and management platforms like Hootsuite or similar tools is a must.
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools to track and report on social media performance.
• Basic to intermediate video editing and content creation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for copywriting.
• A passion for the wellness and healthy living industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Compensation

• Salary:

  INR 20,000 - 30,000 per month

• Bonus:

  Performance-based bonus
