Job Title: Paid Media Specialist – Google & META Ads


Location: Remote (UAE Time Zone)

Position Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UAE Time

Salary: $1,250 per month

We are seeking a highly experienced Paid Media Specialist with a strong background in Google Ads (priority) and Meta Ads to join our growing team.


Role Overview


This role is ideal for a seasoned media buyer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising, specialising in Google Ads campaigns for lead generation. You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimising ad campaigns end-to-end, across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.


You will also deliver Meta Ads campaigns, with additional exposure to TikTok, Snapchat, or LinkedIn being a plus. The role requires a mix of strategic planning, technical setup, data analysis, and creative input to ensure campaigns deliver measurable performance in line with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities


Google Ads (Primary Focus)


  • Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).


  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.


  • Implement and maintain accurate tracking and conversion events (via GA4, GTM, pixels, APIs).


  • Regularly analyse campaign performance, optimise campaigns and provide strategic recommendations for improvements monthly.


Meta Ads (Secondary Responsibility)


  • Create and optimise lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.


  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, headlines, and audiences.


  • Write compelling ad copy and provide creative briefs for graphic designers to ensure performance-driven assets.


Other Platforms (Bonus)


  • Manage and test campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat, or LinkedIn when relevant.


Collaboration & Reporting


  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and the operations manager to ensure seamless campaign execution.


  • Provide weekly performance updates, monthly reports, and data-driven insights to internal teams and clients.


  • Attend daily/weekly meetings and remain active via communication channels during working hours.


Performance & Optimisation


  • Monitor daily budgets to ensure efficient spend allocation.


  • Spot underperforming metrics early and recommend corrective actions.


  • Optimise campaigns based on CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other performance KPIs.


Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in paid media buying with proven success in Google Ads (priority) and Meta Ads.


  • Strong ability to follow workflow, manage tasks, hit deadlines and balance requirements across 15-20 unique clients and projects.


  • Strong experience running lead generation campaigns for GCC or global companies.


  • Proficiency in campaign setup, optimisation, and scaling across multiple platforms.


  • Excellent skills in ad copywriting and briefing creative teams for performance-driven design.


  • Solid technical knowledge of tracking tools (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, conversion events, Meta Pixel, CAPI).


  • Strong data analysis skills — ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.


  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.


  • Excellent written and spoken English for clear, professional client and team communication.
