About the Role


We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience managing performance-driven ad campaigns across digital platforms. This role requires a data-focused marketer who can manage budgets, improve ROI, and execute scalable digital strategies for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads (UAC, Search, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising.
  • Develop Performance media plan including Paid media channels
  • Develop campaign strategies based on business goals, target audience insights, and platform best practices.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and lead campaign level Optimizations.
  • Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign planning.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging ad copies and creatives.
  • Implement A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to drive campaign efficiency.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CAC and overall ROI.
  • Ensure proper tracking implementation using Google Analytics, MMP platform, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in digital advertising and apply learnings proactively.

Key Requirements


  • 2 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media/performance marketing.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn
  • Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, attribution models, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with platforms like MMP Platforms, Google Analytics, Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) is a plus.
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in Fintech, Finance, eCommerce Sectors.
  • Familiarity with ad compliance and content policies on Indian and global platforms.
  • Hands on experince in handling App campaigns and using MMP Platform extensively.
