Job Description:
We are looking for a data-driven, analytical, and results-oriented Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing strategies, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive ROI and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Strategy & Execution:
Should have hands on experience on all Media plaforms managing high budgets.
Develop and implement paid media strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize campaign efficiency.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Continuously analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and copy for better performance.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with design, content, and web teams to create high-performing creatives and landing pages.
Provide regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders with insights and recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and emerging advertising technologies.
Excellent communication skills are also must as youll be working as key account manager for Agencies prestigious clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (agency or in-house).
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, SEMrush, etc.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
Realestate industry will be a plus.
