Paid Media Specialist

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client's digital footprint and brand awareness. You should be a creative marketing professional with a strong writing background, capable of developing engaging content to attract and retain customers. Staying up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends is essential for success in this role. In this position, you will work within the core digital marketing team to drive paid search and paid social performance in the Indian market. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid search budgets exceeding INR 60 lacs per month. Understanding competitive keywords on Google and utilizing Facebook's targeting capabilities effectively are key aspects of this role. Your responsibilities will include managing paid marketing campaigns across various channels such as Paid Social and Paid Search. You will be responsible for enhancing the Paid Social and Paid Search strategy, forecasting and budgeting, collaborating with the Creative team for compelling assets, analyzing campaign performance, and creating integrated marketing campaigns. To excel in this role, you must possess at least 3 years of experience in optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns. A love for data, analytics, and surfacing insights, along with meticulous attention to detail, is necessary. Proficiency in creating compelling ad copies, strong Excel skills, and a test-and-learn mentality are also required.
