Junior Project Manager

You will be responsible for designing and developing detailed solutions for specific projects enabling the organization to meet business objectives. You will provide technical leadership to ensure the technical design and implementation are aligned with business requirements. It is essential to partner with internal teams in gathering and reviewing non-functional requirements and collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to understand scope and requirements. Identifying and documenting any risks, issues, or critical success factors that may require immediate action is crucial. You will actively participate in testing design and execution to validate coverage and perform causal analysis. Researching and maintaining a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and solutions to solve business problems is also part of the role. The primary focus will be on client-side applications focused on services/API specifications including REACT, PHP, HTML/CSS, and web services such as REST, SOAP, MySQL. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and applied expertise in solutions architecture designs and concepts, including SDLC Process, Security, high availability, recovery, performance, monitoring, and operations design, and application architecture. Working knowledge of the core elements of Open Web applications (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Web Applications) and a variety of technologies is required. Proven experience in sharing best practices or demonstrating configuration, debugging, and deploying enterprise applications in complex environments is necessary. Candidates must be able to translate technology into business terms and value, with a history of influencing and improving business solutions. Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering scalable and distributed web applications is essential. Effective communication with developers, stakeholders, peers, and leadership to drive results and action is a key responsibility. Strong presentation and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to train and mentor other technologists, are required. Working knowledge of modern web application trends such as Responsive Design, Javascript, AI or BOTS, Progressive Web App, Mobile-friendly websites, and principles of Enterprise-Grade websites is important. Experience in writing standards, cookbooks, and best practices on development topics is beneficial.,
