Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage, optimize, and scale paid digital campaigns across Meta Ads and other performance channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor A/B testing to continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
