Paid Media Specialist – Global Employer Branding
About the role:
Our Global Talent attraction team is expanding and we are seeking performance marketing expertise to enhance our global employer branding campaigns. As a Junior Paid Media Specialist, you will work within or Global Center of Excellence, to run world-class employer branding paid campaigns across digital platforms. You will deliver high-impact digital paid campaigns across social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Youtube and more. The role will also include google display and search campaigns. Your expertise expands to a wide range of social, display and programmatic campaigns. This position sits at the heart of how we want to position Mondelez among talent.You will manage end-to-end paid media execution from strategy, research, planning and activation to optimisation and reporting, while collaborating closely with our Content Creator and Content Designer to deliver integrated campaigns at a global scale.
Responsibilities:
Paid media strategy & planning:
- Develop paid media plans for global and regional employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, programmatic, and other social channels.
- Conduct audience, competitor and keyword research to recommend the right targeting and channels.
- Build campaign plans with budgets, timelines, formats, KPIs and benchmarks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and platform updates
Campaign execution & optimization:
- Set up and manage multi-market campaigns across search, display, social, video, programmatic and retargeting.
- Continuously optimise campaigns through A/B testing (creatives, copy, targeting, placements).
- Monitor daily performance, pacing, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Ensure full funnel journeys, from awareness to consideration to lead generation, are optimised.
- Ensure accurate campaign trafficking, targeting, and creative implementation.
- Maintain platform hygiene by ensuring naming conventions, budgets, and assets are organised
Reporting Analytics & insight:
- Own reporting dashboards for paid and organic social performance.
- Conduct ongoing campaign optimisations across audiences, bid strategies, creatives and placements to improve performance
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders for future implementation
Social Media oversight & collaboration:
- Oversee Organic Social Media reporting (LinkedIn, Meta, Tiktok)
- Identify local content that can be optimized for paid media campaigns
- Support global content calendar inputs
- Assist in preparing presentations and campaign reports for relevant stakeholders and leaders
- Support Business Unit teams in delivering integrated digital marketing strategies
Job Requirements:
We are looking for a performance marketer who loves paid media.
- A bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital media or Mass communications
- Relevant 2-6 years of experience in Paid Media campaigns execution
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar certifications preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
