Finance & Accounts

As a candidate for this role, you should have at least 1+ years of hands-on experience in Finance & Accounts, with a strong proficiency in Zoho Books for day-to-day accounting tasks. It would be advantageous if you have prior experience working in a D2C/e-commerce/startup environment. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field to qualify for this position. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using Zoho Books, performing monthly closing of accounts, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. It will also be your duty to ensure timely preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.), handling account reconciliation with vendors and clients periodically. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, profit & loss reports, and balance sheets as required by management.
