As a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, Aqualite, a Shoe Manufacturing company in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, is looking for your expertise in receivables management, statutory compliance, and purchase management. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage accounts receivables to ensure timely collections. - Analyze credit risk and implement effective collection strategies. - Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements. - Prepare and file statutory returns within deadlines. - Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities. - Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies in purchase management. - Work closely with procurement teams to optimize costs and efficiency. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports. - Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making. - Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls. Qualifications & Skills: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. - 1-3 years of experience in accounts & finance roles. - Strong knowledge of receivables management, statutory compliance, and purchase management. - Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
