Key Responsibilities: - Budget reconciliations with Budgeting and Contracts & Procurements team - Coordinating with vendors and internal team for resolving billing issues - Vendor negotiations during final bill closure - Maintaining vendor relationships - Managing the billing team - Assisting departments in updating budgets - Aligning budget numbers in the Financial MIS - Uploading and maintaining budgets in Tally Prime - Implementation of system for AP & AR automation - Making processes more system-reliant - Leading the implementation of technology for ensuring an adept internal control system Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and financial MIS reporting - Familiarity with AP/AR processes, vendor reconciliations, and TDS compliance - Experience in system automation/financial process improvements is an advantage Additional Company Details: Founded in 2016 by Mayank Ruia in partnership with the Manipal Group, MAIA Estates has earned recognition from prestigious global institutions including the International Property Awards, Asia Pacific Property Awards, and Luxury Lifestyle Awards.
