Role Overview
- We are looking for a data-driven Paid Ads Specialist with a proven track record of delivering high ROAS/ROAS at scale across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should bring hands-on expertise in full-funnel campaign strategy, media planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting, within a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage full-funnel paid media strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention).
- Own end-to-end campaign execution across:
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Audience Network)
- Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, PMax)
- LinkedIn (Lead Gen, Brand, Website Conversion)
- Drive high-performance campaigns with industry-leading ROAS/ROAS, consistently exceeding benchmarks.
- Build audience segmentation, targeting, and remarketing strategies across platforms.
- Optimize campaigns through:
- Bid strategies, creative testing, audience scaling, landing page alignment, funnel tweaks, and attribution insights.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing (creatives, copy, audiences, placements, CTAs, landing experiences).
- Implement strong tracking frameworks using Pixel, GA4, UTM, CRM integration, and conversion APIs.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to ensure campaign-to-asset alignment for maximum conversion impact.
- Prepare weekly & monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights and growth recommendations.
- Manage media budgets efficiently and forecast outcomes based on funnel modeling.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience running paid campaigns in a digital marketing agency.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high ROAS/ROAS across industries including:
- FMCG, Edtech, Retail, Electronics, IT, Pharma, Medical, Real Estate, and other sectors.
- Full-funnel development & campaign management experience.
- Deep understanding of:Performance marketing metrics, attribution models, media buying frameworks, and audience scaling.
- Expertise in GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Looker Studio, Sheets/Excel, or agency dashboards.
- Experience managing ₹10L+/month ad budgets cumulatively across clients is a plus.
- Up-to-date knowledge of platform trends, policies, automation, and AI-driven bidding.
Good-to-Have
- Experience with Conversion API, Enhanced Conversions, PMax, Shopping Feed Optimization.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance (for Pharma/Medical ads).
- Prior work on lead-heavy funnels (Edtech/Medical/Real Estate) and e-commerce ROAS models (Retail/Electronics/FMCG).
- Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Labs.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of Web Analytics and Online Marketing techniques, including campaign performance analysis
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and cross-functional collaboration
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset to monitor campaign performance and budget optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other programmatic platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights to improve campaign performance
