An Outbound Sales Manager leads and develops the outbound sales team, drives sales strategies, and ensures the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective outbound sales strategies from the lead pool to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Lead and Motivate Team: Manage, train, and inspire a team of outbound sales representatives, fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Target and Performance Monitoring: Set clear team targets and KPIs; regularly monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics.
  • Sales Operations Management: Oversee outbound activities and processes to ensure smooth departmental operations, including the development of improved processes where needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation and campaign strategies.
  • Customer Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the tracking and progression of leads through CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain regular and accurate reports on sales activities, team achievements, and market feedback for senior leadership.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 3–5+ years in outbound sales, with experience managing or supervising sales teams.
  • Sales Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and reporting systems.
  • Analytical Ability: Skilled at analyzing sales data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Personal Qualities: Goal-oriented, customer-focused, and able to inspire and guide a team.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with proven ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

Preferred Skills:

· Candidates from e-commerce industry is desirable.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts, motivate teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
