Job Description

Role Overview: You are an experienced and performance-driven Outbound Lead Warehouse Operations responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of a 3PL warehouse. Your role involves managing operations, workforce, process compliance, client coordination, P&L performance, and continuous quality improvement. As a leader, you are expected to adopt a hands-on approach, exhibit strong operational control, and possess team management capabilities to ensure seamless, efficient, and profitable warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch. - Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, client SLAs, safety, and compliance standards. - Monitor daily workflows to maintain accuracy, productivity, and timeliness in all warehouse activities. - Coordinate with transportation and customer service teams for timely dispatch and delivery of goods. People Management: - Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff, including team leads, supervisors, and associates. - Develop manpower plans and shift rosters based on operational volume. - Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training programs to enhance team efficiency and morale. - Address grievances and enforce disciplinary actions to maintain a positive and compliant work environment. Client and Stakeholder Management: - Act as the operational point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. - Ensure client KPIs and SLAs are met, and promptly address any escalations or service issues. - Support onboarding of new clients or expansion of services within the warehouse. - Provide regular operational reports and performance reviews to clients and senior management. Financial and P&L Responsibility: - Monitor warehouse budgets and control costs related to labor, MHE, consumables, and other resources. - Track and analyze operational performance against financial targets. - Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to improve overall profitability. Quality & Compliance Management: - Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure error-free and damage-free operations. - Conduct regular audits and drive corrective and preventive actions. - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. - Support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations. MBA/PGDM in Logistics/Supply Chain Management is an added advantage. - 5-10 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a 3PL setup. - Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes. - Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. - Familiarity with automation and MHE operations. - Strong leadership, team management, planning, organizational, and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer-focused approach.,
