We are hiring Outbound Callers for Bajaj Capital to drive B2C sales for wealth management products including investments, mutual funds, and insurance. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset. Candidates from any industry are welcome, with preference given to those from the financial sector or those who have managed the India market.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote investment and insurance products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wealth management solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain high call quality and follow structured sales scripts.
Handle objections and convert leads effectively.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Update and manage leads using CRM tools.
Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Skills & Competencies Required

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong outbound calling & B2C sales capability
Experience in wealth management/investments/insurance preferred
Target-driven with strong negotiation & persuasion skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment
Good lead management & CRM knowledge
Quick learner with strong customer-handling skills
Candidates with global calling experience are also welcome
