This role involves managing end-to-end hiring for mid to leadership roles across Technology and Consulting firms. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and presenting high-quality candidates while ensuring an excellent stakeholder & candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle . Work on multiple mandates across technology, consulting, and corporate roles. Conduct talent research, sourcing, and market mapping . Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and culture fit. Coordinate interviews , manage offer negotiations & closures. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards. Collaborate closely with company recruiter and client stakeholders. Required Skills & Competencies Experience in agency recruitment or consulting hiring preferred. Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search). Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability. Ability to work in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment . High ownership, discipline, and persistence. Shift Timing 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (IST)
