Job Description

1. Chief Technician / Senior Technician

Experience:

Responsibilities

Advanced mechanical diagnostics & repair
Troubleshooting engine, electrical, suspension & transmission issues
Guiding junior technicians and ensuring quality control
Maintaining workshop standards & technical SOPs

Requirements

10+ years overall technical experience
Strong hands-on diagnostic & repair skills
OEM workshop experience preferred (Maruti, Hyundai, Mahindra First Choice, True Value etc.)
Ability to read and understand basic English

2. Technician / Mechanic

Experience:

Responsibilities

Vehicle repair, servicing & regular maintenance
Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
Engine, clutch, brake & suspension repair
Following workshop quality & safety guidelines

Requirements

4–6 years of hands-on technician/mechanic experience
ITI/Diploma preferred
OEM workshop background preferred
Basic English understanding

3. Vehicle Evaluator

Experience:

Responsibilities

Conduct full vehicle inspection (mechanical, electrical, bodyline)
Perform test drives and identify faults
Prepare detailed vehicle evaluation reports
Coordinate with sales & procurement teams

Requirements

Valid driving license & strong driving skills —
Mandatory
Ability to evaluate passenger vehicles end-to-end
ITI/Diploma with technician background
OEM workshop experience preferred

Common Non-Eligible Criteria (For All Roles)

WILL NOT be considered

Service Advisor experience
Commercial vehicle experience
Rival companies (Cars24, OLX Autos, CarWale, CarDekho, CarTrade, Gaadi.com etc.)
Plant/Manufacturing-only background
