Educate customers about NR products: NRE/NRO accounts, Term Deposits, Remittances, Insurance, Investments, etc.
Generate leads and drive cross-sell of suitable NR banking products.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and documentation requirements.
Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets, lead conversions, and sales KPIs.
Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and update CRM systems accurately.
