Inviting applications for the role of Manager I2C.
This role demands thorough knowledge of I2C, from design to implementation, as well as experience with D365 and Oracle Fusion. The individual will manage deliverables and lead a team, demonstrating strong leadership in overseeing I2C system implementation and management. Continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies are crucial for successful integration within electronic devices.
Responsibilities
  • Validate the Purchase Order (PO) requests from to bill the order.
  • Investigate discrepancies in the PO and invoices with disputes.
  • Manage Order to Cash related to collections and dispute management, implement & adhere to strategy.
  • Interaction with end customers via Calls and Emails for collecting pass due amounts.
  • Meeting collections numbers/targets (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly)
  • Customer and Country/Regional FD Relationship Management through e-mail, fax and conference calls.
  • Participate in governance meetings at country / region level; Closely work with the team and ensure right collaboration with the team members properly to meet the deliverables and motivate & help them to develop the process standards.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects)
  • Timely and effective communication with internal departments (like sales, Operations, Credit teams) for issue resolution
  • Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis adhering to deadlines.
  • Interact with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues.
  • Lead multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the metrics reporting for the relevant process.
  • People Management – be a peoples manager involving in hiring, structured learning path, operations mentor for the team.
Minimum Qualifications
  • MBA Finance/M.COM degree in accounting/finance with experience of managing a team
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts and Journal entries. Knowledge of accounting concepts and Journal entries.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Prior experience in B2B Collections, Billing and Cash Applications.
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion
  • D365 (Dynamic 365 and advanced version of Navision
  • Should have experience in ServiceNow and Jira
