Job Title : Customer Service Representative Location : Remote (2 pm IST to 11pm IST with 45 min break) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our order fulfilment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating pick lists and invoices using QuickBooks, utilizing CRM software to manage and pull tickets for invoicing, and generating shipping labels for order fulfilment. Key Responsibilities: Create Pick Lists: Generate accurate pick lists from QuickBooks based on customer orders to guide the warehouse team in order fulfilment. Invoice Generation: Use QuickBooks to create and issue invoices based on customer orders, ensuring all billing details are accurate. CRM Management: Utilize the company's CRM software to pull tickets, ensuring all customer inquiries and orders are processed in a timely manner. Shipping Labels: Create and print shipping labels from the system, ensuring all packages are labeled correctly and ready for dispatch. Order Verification: Cross-check orders against pick lists and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing. Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and shipping details in the CRM and accounting systems. Communication: Liaise with the warehouse, customer service, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and resolve any issues that arise. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to order processing, invoicing, and shipping to identify trends and areas for improvement. Compliance: Ensure all invoices and shipping processes comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Qualifications: Education: Commerce graduate or equivalent degree is a must. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, invoicing, or a related role. Experience with QuickBooks and CRM software is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and order processing. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve order processing issues effectively. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Show more Show less
