Job Description

Position: Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant

Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Shift Time: 2pm to 11pm

Experience: 5+ Years


Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant specializing in Manufacturing,

Service Inventory, and Field Inventory. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion

Cloud Manufacturing modules, along with hands-on experience in Service Parts Planning, Field

Inventory Management, and Service Logistics. This role involves translating complex business

requirements into functional solutions, configuring Oracle Cloud applications, and ensuring seamless

operations across manufacturing and after-sales service processes.


Key Responsibilities:


Implementation & Configuration

 Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion modules, including:

A) Manufacturing (Work Definitions, Work Orders, Cost Management, Quality Management, Inventory, Maintenance)

B) Service & Field Inventory (Service Logistics, Field Service Parts Inventory, Service Supply Chain)

C) Inventory Management for both plant and field stock locations

 Set up BOMs, routings, manufacturing parameters, costing structures, and service parts hierarchies.

 Define service part planning parameters, replenishment rules, and reverse logistics processes.


Business Process Analysis

 Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for manufacturing, service, and field operations.

 Identify gaps, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with Oracle best practices.

 Document functional specifications, BRDs, MD50s, and configuration workbooks.


Testing & Support

 Develop and execute unit, integration, and UAT test scripts for both manufacturing and service modules.

 Troubleshoot functional issues related to manufacturing workflows, service inventory replenishment, and field stock tracking.

 Support post-go-live activities, including technician training on field parts usage.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

 Partner with SCM, Finance, Procurement, and Service Operations teams for end-to-end process integration.

 Ensure smooth integration between Manufacturing, Service Logistics, Depot Repair, and Field Service systems.

 Coordinate with Oracle Support for SR resolution.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

 5+ years in Oracle EBS/Fusion Cloud functional roles.

 At least 2 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing.

 Hands-on experience with Service Logistics and Field Inventory Management in Oracle Cloud.

 Discrete & Process Manufacturing, Inventory & Costing, Quality Management, Service & Field Inventory Operations

 Reverse Logistics & RMA Handling

 Familiarity with OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and ADFDI templates.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

 Excellent communication and documentation skills.


Preferred Attributes:

 Oracle Cloud Certification in Manufacturing and Service Logistics.

 Experience with Field Service integration (e.g., Oracle Field Service Cloud).

 Knowledge of IoT-enabled asset tracking for field inventory.
