Job Description: We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer with a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable web applications, writing clean and modular code, and working with modern PHP frameworks. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain high-quality PHP applications. Implement OOP principles and design patterns to build scalable and maintainable code. Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability. Integrate third-party APIs and web services. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. Write and maintain technical documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. Experience in writing unit test cases using PHPUnit to ensure code reliability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. Proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases. Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket). Familiarity with composer and dependency management in PHP. Understanding of security best practices in PHP development. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in an agile development environment. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Microservices architecture. Familiarity with GraphQL. Knowledge of Docker and containerization. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
