JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to help implement and support Oracle Fusion applications. The role involves working with business users to understand their needs, configuring the system, and ensuring it runs smoothly. You will focus on improving business processes and making sure the system is used effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion SCM and Subscription Management modules (Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Product Management, Pricing, Subscription Billing, etc.).
  • Analyze business requirements, design functional solutions, and configure Oracle Fusion applications to meet client needs.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and system configuration aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Projects, Sales, and IT) to ensure integrated business processes.
  • Support subscription lifecycle processes creation, amendment, renewal, and billing management.
  • Configure pricing strategies, recurring billing, revenue recognition, and subscription entitlements in Oracle Cloud.
  • Create and manage Functional Design Documents (FDDs), test scripts, and training materials.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and post-go-live support.
  • Partner with technical consultants to support integrations, extensions, and reports (BI, OTBI, and REST APIs).
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system functionality and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and Oracle Cloud governance, change control, and documentation standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant , having experience in Subscription Management is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following modules:
  • Supply Chain Management (SCM): Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Product Hub, Pricing.
  • Subscription Management: Subscription setup, billing, renewals, revenue recognition.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) and procure-to-pay (P2P) business processes.
  • Experience in configuring subscription models, usage-based pricing, and recurring billing setups.
  • Ability to work with technical teams for integrations (ERP, CRM, CPQ, and external systems).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile / Waterfall project environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Oracle Cloud Certification in Fusion SCM and Subscription Management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Oracle CX, CPQ, or Finance Cloud modules.
  • Prior experience in global implementations or multi-entity rollouts.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI) and basic SQL for data validation.
