Oracle Finance & SCM Cloud Program Manager

Looking for highly experienced & passionate individuals in the role of Oracle Finance Cloud Program Manager to lead high critical Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation engagements. Experience in driving advisory, design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud SAAS solutions. Bringing deep functional & technical expertise in Oracle Financials &SCM Cloud and a strong understanding of finance processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient cloud-based solutions.

Must Have Skills/Experience:

  • Oracle ERP implementations with at least 5+ years in Oracle Cloud Financial applications.
  • Experience of performing as lead finance cloud architect of minimum 2-3 large scale transformation engagements (>5+Mn$) in Oracle cloud technologies
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes & proven experience across all oracle financial cloud solutions (General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Projects, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Revenue Management Cloud, Tax etc).
  • Certification in Oracle Cloud financial modules and Project Management
  • Experience with multi-entity, global financial setups.
  • Understanding of SOX compliance, data security, and regulatory reporting.
  • Experience in driving Business discovery sessions, Conference Room Pilot sessions, Design Workshops with Business and IT stakeholders and leading implementation.
  • Excellent Oral and written communication skills, ability to create presentations, able to Influence clients, teams and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships
  • Proven ability to lead client workshops to explain solutions, approach, alternative options, suggestion of business change to fit to product features
  • CAN DO attitude, Self-driven, motivated and result oriented
  • Strategically involved in the sales cycle, especially to deliver Oracle Cloud transformation value pitches, Point of Views to business executives, and to engage in deep dive subject area discussions, building PoC’s Solutions/Demonstrations
  • Staying updated with the latest Oracle Cloud features, releases, technologies, and best practices to manage Cloud transformations.
  • Strong earlier experience of handling Oracle EBS engagements
  • Good in Agile Methodology and JIRA tool

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Manager who should hold rich Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Implementation projects, Rollout projects, Upgrade, Support and Enhancements.
  • Should hold min 4 to 5 Oracle Fusion projects implementation experiences.
  • Responsible for the execution and completion of a project with in stipulated time.
  • Should be good in Planning - Creating budgets, Project plans, and schedules for the project.
  • Should hold strong project management skills and capable to successfully completing the various phases of the projects like Project Planning, Cloud Map, Design, Config, Deploy.
  • Ensuring deliverables are delivered on time, managing all project resources,
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, and Eliminating potential risks and blockers. Capable to track the Project Status and review with various stakeholders.
  • Should be good to track the RAID log and capable to assist team to close all the open action items, defuse the RISK etc.
  • Ensuring deliverables are delivered on-time. Capable to managing all project resources. Effectively communicating with stakeholders. Eliminating blockers and potential risks.
  • Lead the architecture and design of Oracle Cloud Financials modules including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Projects, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Revenue Management Cloud.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver integrated financial solutions.
  • Provide functional, technical leadership in all phases of the project lifecycle: Advisory, requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Define data migration, integration, and reporting strategies.
  • Establish best practices and governance for Oracle Cloud Financials architecture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across environments.
  • Stay current on Oracle Cloud updates and recommend adoption of new features as appropriate.
  • Foster continuous improvement and help build a future-ready Oracle Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE).


Good to have Skills:

  • Experience in Tech industry-specific Oracle Cloud implementations
