Responsibilities

Service Contracts (OKS/OKC) – Primary:

  • Support creation, renewal, and maintenance of subscription/service contracts.
  • Troubleshoot issues in billing schedules, renewals, coverage, entitlements, and pricing.
  • Analyze contract integration with AR Billing, SLA, and GL accounting.
  • Maintain and enhance contract templates, billing profiles, and workflows.
  • Investigate issues related to OKS → AR invoice interface.
  • Support usage-based billing, recurring billing, and deferred revenue setups.

Financials (AR/AP/GL) – Secondary

  • Support AR invoice creation, accounting, and reconciliation issues.
  • Troubleshoot AP/PO related flows where supplier services are linked to contracts.
  • Validate accounting entries flowing from OKS/AR/AP into GL via SLA.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial period close activities.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team on revenue recognition and accounting adjustments.

Support & Enhancements

  • Handle production issues (P1–P4) with root-cause analysis.
  • Develop and document functional specifications for small enhancements (RICEW).
  • Work with the technical team on fixes, customisations, and reports.
  • Support regression testing for patches and upgrades.
  • Provide end-user training and functional documentation.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Work closely with Order Management, Inventory, and Procurement teams when contracts link to external services.
  • Collaborate with IT, Business Owners, and Integration teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Service Contracts (OKS) and Contracts Core (OKC).
  • Good functional knowledge of AR, AP, GL, and SLA.
  • Experience supporting subscription billing, usage billing, or recurring revenue models.
  • Strong understanding of integration flows:
    • OKS → AR → SLA → GL
    • OKS → PO → AP
  • Ability to debug OKS/OKC related data issues, billing batches, and AR interface errors.
  • Experience with SQL for data validation (reading queries).
  • Experience writing BRD/MD050/TE040 documentation.
  • Excellent communication and client-interaction skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in companies with data subscription, SaaS, API billing, or membership services.
  • Knowledge of Revenue Recognition setups.
  • Familiarity with Order Management, Install Base, and Pricing.
  • Experience working in an on-site/offshore model.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
