Job Summary:

Senior Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Leadership:

• Act as the

  subject matter expert (SME)

  for Oracle EAM & Inventory modules, providing best-practice guidance.
• Lead

  requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design

  for EAM & Inventory implementations.
• Configure

  asset tracking, work orders, preventive maintenance, depreciation, and inventory replenishment strategies

  .
• Define

  item master setups, catalog management, cycle counting, and warehouse controls

  .
• Conduct

  end-user training

  and create functional documentation.

Technical Development & Customization:

• Develop and customize

  PL/SQL packages, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and Alerts

  to enhance EAM & Inventory functionality.
• Build

  custom interfaces, APIs, and integrations

  with third-party systems (CMMS, ERP, MRO).
• Design and optimize

  Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, or custom reports

  for asset performance and inventory analytics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve

  performance issues, data discrepancies, and system errors

  .
• Support

  data migrations, upgrades, and patches

  for Oracle EBS/Cloud environments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with

  SCM, Finance, and Operations teams

  to align EAM & Inventory processes with business needs.
• Advise on

  integration points

  with Oracle Purchasing, Costing, WIP, and Order Management.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS (R12) experience

  with

  deep EAM & Inventory techno-functional expertise

  .

• Strong functional configuration

  knowledge in:

• EAM:

  Work orders, asset lifecycle, PM schedules, meter-based maintenance.

• Inventory:

  Item attributes, replenishment, lot/serial control, ABC analysis.

• Expert-level PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflow Builder

  .
• Experience with

  Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, and Web ADI

  for data loads.
• Knowledge of

  Oracle Integration (SOA, OIC, REST/SOAP)

  for EAM/Inventory.
• Familiarity with

  Oracle Cloud SCM/EAM

  is a

  big plus

  .
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to

  translate business needs into technical solutions

  .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Oracle EBS R12 EAM/Inventory Certified Implementation Specialist

• Oracle SCM Cloud/ EAM Cloud Certification

  (Desirable)

Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree

  in Computer Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
