Job Title: Team Lead – Business Development & Strategic Alliances

Location: Onsite (Pune, India)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to spearhead a high-performing team of Business Developers, Project Managers, Lead Generation Specialists, and Partner Alliance Managers. This role is ideal for a smart, sharp-minded leader with strong crisis management abilities and a passion for driving growth through strategic planning, collaboration, and leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team across business development, project execution, lead generation, and partnerships.
  • Provide strategic direction and day-to-day guidance, ensuring team alignment with organizational goals.
  • Act as the point of escalation during critical situations, demonstrating calm, decisive crisis management and problem-solving.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring, coaching, and motivating team members to exceed targets.
  • Lead from the front by engaging directly with key clients, partners, and stakeholders when necessary.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define growth strategies and identify new market opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to support decision-making and strategic positioning.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement across functions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to strengthen the company’s market presence.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a team leadership role managing business development, project management, or partnership teams.
  • Strong crisis management and conflict resolution skills – able to think quickly and stay composed under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead from the front and inspire teams through action.
  • Highly analytical and research-driven – able to extract insights and drive data-informed strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • A quick learner with the ability to grasp complex business dynamics rapidly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
